Changed your mind, or something is not right? Here is how returns and cancellations work at Linna Magazine.
In short
- 30 days from delivery to request a return, sale items included.
- Prepaid return label sent by email once your return is confirmed.
- Refund within 10 business days of approval, to your original payment method.
- Free cancellation until your order is dispatched.
Returning an item
Email contact@linnamagazine.com with your order number and the item you want to return. Keep it unused and, if possible, in its original packaging. We reply with your prepaid label and instructions. Please do not post anything before we confirm.
Faulty or wrong item
Send us a photo within 30 days of delivery and choose between a replacement or a full refund.
Cancelling an order
Write to us as soon as possible. If the order has not been dispatched, we cancel it and refund you in full. Once it is on its way, you can return it after it arrives.
Your statutory rights
Customers in the EU, the UK and Norway have a legal 14-day right of withdrawal. Our 30 days come on top of it.
