Terms of service

These terms apply to every purchase on linnamagazine.com, operated by Linna Magazine, Kriekenstraat 11, 8310 Brugge, Belgium. By placing an order you accept them.

1. Using the store

You must be at least 18, or have a parent's or guardian's permission, to order. Please give accurate information and do not use the store for unlawful purposes.

2. Products

We describe and photograph every product as accurately as we can. Colours may vary slightly between screens and measurements slightly between units. If an item differs materially from its description, you can return it under our Refund Policy.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are in euros and include VAT. There are no customs duties or import fees to pay on delivery. If you browse in another currency, the converted total is shown at checkout. Payment is taken when you order. If a price is obviously wrong, we contact you before dispatch and you may cancel for a full refund.

4. Orders

After you order, we email you a confirmation of receipt. The contract is formed when we dispatch your order. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable or we suspect fraud, and in that case we refund you in full.

5. Delivery

Destinations, costs and estimated times are set out in our Shipping Policy. Risk passes to you on delivery.

6. Returns and cancellations

You can return items within 30 days of delivery and cancel before dispatch, as described in our Refund Policy, in addition to your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal.

7. Liability

We are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach of these terms. We are not responsible for unforeseeable loss or business losses. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

8. Intellectual property

The text, images and design of this site belong to us or our licensors and may not be reused commercially without permission.

9. Events beyond our control

We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as carrier disruption, severe weather or strikes. If such an event affects your order, we will tell you, and you may cancel for a full refund before dispatch.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by Belgian law. If you live in another country, you keep the protection of its mandatory consumer laws and may bring a claim in your local courts. Please contact us first: most issues are solved quickly by email.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force when you order applies to that order.
