Which countries do you deliver to?
We deliver worldwide. Delivery options and costs are shown at checkout before you pay.
How much is delivery?
Standard Delivery is free on every order. Priority Delivery is €3.90.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are prepared in 1–3 business days. Then Standard Delivery takes an estimated 5–15 business days and Priority Delivery 3–10 business days.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
No. VAT is included in our prices and there are no extra fees on delivery.
Which currency will I pay in?
Prices are set in euros. If you browse in another currency, the converted total is shown at checkout.
Can I return an item?
Yes, within 30 days of delivery, sale items included. We send you a prepaid return label.
When will I get my refund?
Within 10 business days after your return is approved, to your original payment method.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, until it is dispatched. Email us straight away.
